This policy applies to paid Nuviro Labs digital products, subscriptions, beta access, tools, and services unless a product-specific policy states otherwise.
Business identity
Nuviro Labs is registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-RJ-08-0134263. Registered office: 5-D-211, Jai Narayan Vyas Colony, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334003, India.
Refund window
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment when access has not been substantially used, the product was not delivered as described, or duplicate payment occurred.
Non-refundable cases
Fees may be non-refundable for completed custom work, consumed digital access, account misuse, discounted beta access, or services already delivered.
Cancellation
Subscriptions or recurring access can be cancelled before the next billing cycle by emailing hello@nuvirolabs.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary, usually 5-10 business days after approval.
